Any girl that will be 11 on/before the 31st July 2022 have a community games age of 11, and can enter any events that are 'Over 11’ (or lower) and are 'Under 12’ (or higher)

I.e. Girls born in August 2010 or younger.

Panel of 10 (7 Players + 3 substitutes). All panel members present at National Festival should participate.

Rules

• The field of play shall be rectangular.
• Size: Dimensions of 65 metres by 35-40 metres.
• A centre spot · The goal size shall be 5 metres by 2 metres. · The goal area shall be 9 metres by 23 metres.
• A penalty spot – 8 metres from the goal line.
• Seven players from each team are allowed on the field of play at any one time (7-aside). One player from each team must play as a goalkeeper.
• The game will be 25 minutes each half with 5 minute halftime break.
• No offside rule.
• For free kicks, the opposing players must be at least 5 metres from the ball.
• Penalty kicks shall be taken from a mark 8 metres from the goal line.
• Throw-in from the touchline: The opposition must retreat at least 5 metres from the ball.
• Goal kicks are taken from the ground anywhere inside the penalty box.
• In event of a draw 2 periods of 10 minutes are to be played
• Penalties apply n the event of a draw after extra time.
